The Asian weekend was a success! Five hours was just barely enough time for all of us to cook the dishes. We started cooking and 1pm, and were done and ready to serve our parents by 5pm. A busy day with lots of standing, but a total blast! I can't wait to go to Thailand! 3.5 more months until the three of us fly out. :) Time is going by so quickly now, and so slow too though, because we are all so impatient!
